Kitchen Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at DoughBox London (Dhruv Hospitality Inc.). This is a dynamic role that requires a strong background in meal preparation and food service, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menu plans, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Lead a team of junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.

About You:

  • You have experience in the food industry, particularly within restaurant settings.
  • You possess strong leadership skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and management.
  • You have a creative flair for developing new dishes while maintaining consistency in quality.

Requirements:

  • Food Handler Certification (required)
  • English language proficiency (required)
  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent certification (preferred)

Salary Information:

$50 per hour

Working Hours:

24-40 hours per week

Shifts:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed
