Instructor of Deaf Students

We are currently seeking an experienced Deaf Instructor to join our team at Randstad Education. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting deaf children in accessing the curriculum and interacting with teachers and peers. You will also be required to deliver BSL lessons to both adults and children, and lead evening community events and courses. If you are passionate about teaching and making a difference in the lives of our students, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL) at Level 6 or above, or as a first language
- Experience working with deaf children
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (desirable)
- Ability to deliver BSL lessons to both adults and children
- Willingness to lead and attend evening community events and courses
- Enthusiastic, committed, with excellent interpersonal skills
