We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chase customers for payment via phone and email
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to resolve queries and negotiate payment plans
  • Reduce aged debt and maintain accurate records
  • Generate and resolve queries, and negotiate payment plans
  • Take ownership of your own ledger and manage B2B and B2C outbound activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Credit Control or Collections
  • Tenacious work ethic and strong attention to detail
  • Systems experience and strong Excel ability
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
