Care UK is an award-winning care provider seeking a Receptionist to join our bank team. As a valued member of our close-knit team, you'll promote the well-being of our residents and contribute to the successful running of our care home.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you'll provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. You'll greet others with a courteous telephone manner and respond promptly to enquiries.

  • Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues.
  • Support with general office duties such as payroll and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Provide a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, staff, and residents.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with payroll, recruitment, and other general office duties.
