We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Administrator to join our team in Hexagon Tower, Blackley, North Manchester. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global network of inspiring and entrepreneurial colleagues.

As a Business Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development team. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, managing databases, and assisting with marketing and research activities.

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for providing initial responses to leads and assigning positive replies to the most appropriate BD lead.
  • You will work with sales platforms such as Pharmatargetting and Global Data to identify potential clients and make initial introductions to Intertek solutions.
  • You will research and maintain awareness of competitor services and marketing activity.
  • You will research potential clients and identify stakeholders within to make initial introductions to Intertek's solutions.
  • You will trend issues or needs within Intertek's target sectors.
  • You will support the team in event preparation, including using partnering tools and platforms to arrange meetings with suitable BD leads and provide them with information on the potential client.

About You

  • We require an experienced administrative professional with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
