Temporary Accounts/Payroll Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a temporary Accounts/Payroll Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our monthly payrolls and day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payrolls
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team

About the Role:

This is a temporary role, but it has the potential to extend and lead to a longer-term opportunity. The successful candidate will be part of a small, supportive team and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Arrangements:

The role is based in our offices in Basingstoke and requires the successful candidate to work from our offices one day per week. The remaining days can be worked from home or other locations, subject to agreement with the team.
