About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bartender to join our team at The Londoner, a stylish boutique hotel located in the heart of Leicester Square.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a range of beers, gins, wines and spirits to guests, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Take orders accurately and present beverages elegantly to guests.
  • Ensure that drinks specifications are adhered to at all times.
  • Provide training and support to other bar staff as needed.
  • Record discrepancies such as spillages and breakages accurately to ensure accurate stock checks.
  • Deliver service standards in line with the company brand.
  • Be proficient in IT applications such as Open Table and Micros.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with current cocktail bar experience, ideally in a luxury setting, and a good knowledge of cocktails and fine wines.
