Job Title: Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in delivering evidence-based psychological therapies to individuals with anxiety and depression.

About the Role

This is a full-time employed position at NHS band 4, with a salary and training provided by the London NHS Talking Therapies service. You will be employed in an NHS Talking Theries psychological treatment service and will attend university one day a week for training. The training course fees are fully funded by the NHS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies to individuals with anxiety and depression
  • Work in a team environment to provide support and guidance to service users
  • Attend university one day a week for training and professional development
  • Meet the needs of the new Partnership services, which may require working at different locations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Aptitude to study at postgraduate level
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support and guidance to service users
  • Flexibility to work at different locations as required
