Maintenance Technician Job Description

Mactech Energy Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing maintenance activities on stored and installed mechanical equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance activities on stored and installed mechanical equipment.
  • Produce maintenance reports on executed work as per plan and procedures.
  • Support the line management in developing and maintaining up-to-date site/assets management tools and execution documentation.
  • Manage the sub-contracted installation teams for execution of activities.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical qualifications such as an NVQ L3 or apprenticeship.
  • Experience and understanding of maintenance plans for large-scale equipment (diesel engines or generators advantageous).
  • Able to work full-time from site and understand planned maintenance procedures.
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment beneficial.

This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work for a global organization with an exciting project portfolio. The salary is £50,000, and the working hours are Monday to Friday.
