About the Role:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- Oversee Audits, Accounts Preparation, and Tax assignments, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with the Partner to set budgets, negotiate fees, and monitor billings, fostering strong relationships and driving business success.
- Supervise, support, and train junior team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- Develop and build your own portfolio, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive business expansion.
This Accountancy Practice is committed to nurturing future leaders, with a proven track record of promoting from within for those who demonstrate readiness for senior roles.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager is essential, with a proven track record of success in client portfolio management.
- Experience of running your own portfolio, with a strong understanding of industry trends and client needs.
- As our client is unable to provide sponsorship, you must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
