About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Manager to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative community strategies to engage and retain our online community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute community strategies to increase engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with our product marketing team to ensure community plans are communicated and shared among our team.
- Manage and oversee the production of regular social media reports that analyze what works and what can be improved.
- Work closely with our Europe team product marketing team to ensure localisation and accessibility needs are met for social media content.
- Oversee our community marketing budget spend and provide ROI justification on spend.
- Manage a small team, guide and mentor them, and help them to deliver great social content.
Requirements:
- Strong experience working in a community management role is essential, gaming experience highly desired.
- Experience and proficiency with video capturing and editing software.
- A strong passion for gaming and the gaming industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in regular punctual reporting.
- Collaborative working style.
- Passion for building and engaging online communities.
- Ability to create innovative strategies that will delight our fans and invite more fans into the community.
- Ability to write copy and create content for social media.
- Strong commitment to accessibility and diversity in social media.
