Role Overview
We are Flip Out UK, the UK's fastest growing adventure park brand. We're seeking vibrant and engaging Team Members to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing guests' health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Work across various park areas, including Reception, Diner, Activities, and Parties.
- Process transactions, conduct safety briefings, and handle accidents/incidents.
- Uphold park rules, follow regulations, and report maintenance issues.
- Escalate complaints and maintain exceptional housekeeping.
Requirements
We're looking for friendly, lively, interactive, professional, outgoing, upbeat, and team-oriented individuals. No experience is required, as we focus on finding the right people to join our team.
Working Conditions
We offer part-time and full-time positions on a zero-hour contract, covering weekdays and weekends. Shifts are available from 8am-10pm, with 6 or 8 hour shifts per day.
Rates of Pay & Benefits
16-17 year olds: £6.40 per hour, 18-20 year olds: £8.60 per hour, 21 year olds+: £11.44 per hour.
