About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Drayton Ward, Northside House. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the line management of junior staff, monitoring their practice, and identifying learning and development needs.

Main Responsibilities

As a Charge Nurse, you will be accountable for your own professional practice, supporting the development and implementation of recovery-focused interventions, and providing training and support to other staff members as needed.

Key Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a Charge Nurse with at least 2 years of post-basic experience, including 1 year at Senior Staff Nurse level. You should have a strong understanding of issues surrounding confidentiality and a willingness to expand your knowledge of security and its impact.
