RIBBONS AND REEVES seeks a dedicated Secondary Science Educator to provide high-quality support to students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Science background and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver Science tuition programs that cater to students' needs, enhancing their understanding and confidence in the subject.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Science department to design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote inclusive learning.
  3. Support students preparing for GCSE and A-Level exams, providing personalized guidance and strategies to achieve academic success.
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to develop a passion for Science.
  5. Monitor student progress, adjusting tutoring approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • A degree in a Science subject (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear explanation of complex concepts.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for education and student achievement, coupled with a proactive and supportive attitude.
  • Desirable experience in tutoring or teaching Science, although not essential for graduates.
