We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Engineer to join our team at Verto People. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer enquiries, producing quotations, and processing sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Produce quotations and process sales orders
- Update CRM and Stock systems
- Support the sales team with expert technical knowledge of electrical control and industrial automation products
- Account manage a portfolio of customers
- Identify areas of growth, upsell, and define best product choices for requirements
- Knowledge of electrical control and industrial automation
- Previous experience in a technical sector
- Ability to work in the Norwich area
