Job Title: Education Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join our team at Career Teachers. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to teachers and students in the classroom
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized learning plans
- Monitor and record student progress
- Support the use of equipment specific to students' needs

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
