Financial Operations Coordinator

Brook Street NMR is seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in the smooth financial operations of our growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial coordination and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- System Development: Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and processes, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage Payroll, and Sage Accounts.
- Reporting: Provide clear and concise financial information to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Support: Collaborate with registered managers and directors to provide exceptional support and guidance, fostering a culture of excellence.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for financial management and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage Payroll, and Sage Accounts, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
Additional Requirements:
- DBS check and POVA clearance (where applicable), with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector (preferred), with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
