About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced primary teacher to make a positive impact on the lives of students in Sunderland. As a part-time Year 2 class teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and delivering instruction to meet the diverse needs of your students. You will also provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance, ensuring they stay on track academically and socially.

The salary for this role is £7600-£11480 per year (based on a 2-day week), paid through the PAYE system. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to our CPD program, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive network of colleagues.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students in Year 2.
  2. Providing targeted support to students with SEND to ensure they have equal access to education.
