A prestigious gastro pub in Dorchester, Dorset is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their talented team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves working in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, where you will have the chance to showcase your culinary skills and work closely with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Responsibilities- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Working effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
