Early Years Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Smart Start Nursery School in Gravesend. As a key member of our educator team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences under the EYFS framework
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment

About You:

  • Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development
  • Have a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under 5
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Embody the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork

  • A competitive salary from £23,920 to £27,622.40, based on experience and qualifications, plus a welcome bonus of £500 (pro-rata for part-time hours)
