Executive Assistant Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Executive Assistant to support our client, a rapidly growing software company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
  • Draft documents and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with room set-ups, light catering, and Audio/Visual equipment setup.
  • Track attendance and distribute materials as needed.
  • Proactively manage calendars, prioritizing tasks and understanding the short- and long-term impacts of each meeting.
  • Plan domestic and international travel, optimizing executive time and cost.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual speaker of English and German or Dutch.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in executive-level support.
