Site Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Care Specialist to join our team at St John's CE Primary Academy. This is a full-time permanent position, with opportunities for job sharing arrangements to suit the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school building and grounds, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children and staff. The role involves being a key holder, responding to emergency call-outs, and liaising with staff and contractors.
Salary: £24,404 per annum pro rata (£12 per hour). Annual leave entitlement will be provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Site Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to emergency call-outs and ensuring the prompt resolution of any issues
- Liaising with staff and contractors to maintain a safe and compliant site
- Ensuring the efficient running of the school, working closely with our facilities management team
