Senior Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy, leveraging data to enhance customer relationships.
- Oversee the implementation of data-driven MarTech tools to optimize marketing capabilities and performance.
- Develop and activate data-driven customer journeys with coordinated cross-channel messaging.
- Lead and manage high-performing marketing teams, aligning leadership with company values and driving team cohesion.
Requirements:
- Significant relevant experience as a marketing and business leader, developing and optimizing marketing capability effectiveness.
- High degree of strategic thinking combined with proven record of tactical and executional excellence.
- Data-led marketeer, ROI driven and commercially astute.
- Experience leading teams across multiple marketing workstreams.
- Senior leader, ability to manage key stakeholders at exec level, working cross-functionally with other departments.
