Chef de Partie Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at RedCat Pubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes
  • Support the Commis Chef in their development and training
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during busy service
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
