Job Summary:

The Project Budgeting Specialist is responsible for managing the budgeting and cost control aspects of projects within the construction industry. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that costs are accurately projected and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Planning: Develop and implement budget plans for projects, taking into account various factors such as materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow projections to ensure that funds are available to meet project commitments.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to project budgets, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Reporting: Provide regular budget reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas of variance and recommending corrective actions.

Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess strong numerical skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of budgeting principles.
