About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our Sensitive Claims team, where you will play a vital role in supporting customers during their time of need. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of sensitive claims, providing empathetic support to customers, and ensuring that their needs are met through proactive and reactive contact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of sensitive claims, providing timely and effective support to customers
  • Use appropriate techniques to understand customer needs and preferences, and communicate effectively through various channels
  • Ensure that all legislative, regulatory, and internal process knowledge is fully understood and applied
  • Provide exceptional customer service, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
Requirements
  • Strong communication and administration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in using a desktop or laptop and experience in using MS Office
  • A caring and empathetic approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
