Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London. As a key member of our Back of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen hygiene standards and providing supervision to the stewarding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Kitchen
    • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH and Risk Assessments.
    • Maintain fire regulations by ensuring fire exits are not blocked.
    • Practice safe handling, care, and storage of equipment.
    • Record and report maintenance issues and ensure correct action is taken.
  • Cleanliness and Food Safety
    • Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times and supervise the stewarding team to maintain standards.
    • Monitor fridge temperature controls and adhere to delivery temperatures legislation.
    • Manage cellar cleanliness and adhere to cleaning schedules.
    • Present food to the highest possible standards.
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
    • Ensure dishwasher areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
    • Supervise team to maintain kitchen and back of house areas clean and tidy.
