Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London. As a key member of our Back of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen hygiene standards and providing supervision to the stewarding team.
Key Responsibilities- General Kitchen
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH and Risk Assessments.
- Maintain fire regulations by ensuring fire exits are not blocked.
- Practice safe handling, care, and storage of equipment.
- Record and report maintenance issues and ensure correct action is taken.
- Cleanliness and Food Safety
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times and supervise the stewarding team to maintain standards.
- Monitor fridge temperature controls and adhere to delivery temperatures legislation.
- Manage cellar cleanliness and adhere to cleaning schedules.
- Present food to the highest possible standards.
- Team Supervision
- Supervise the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure dishwasher areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Supervise team to maintain kitchen and back of house areas clean and tidy.
