About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Senior Programme Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of paediatric spinal surgery across London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the Paediatric Spinal Innovation Oversight Group to oversee the innovative pan-London model proposed for paediatric spinal surgery.
  • Collaborate with services across London to develop options for commissioners to assure a resilient model of paediatric spinal surgery reflecting demand, capacity, and optimal patient experience.
  • Provide expert project and programme management leadership to partners/projects.
Requirements
  • Educated to Masters level or equivalent level of experience working at a senior level in specialist area (programme management).
  • Project/Programme Management qualification.
  • Experience of successfully leading large or complex improvement projects and programmes.
  • Expert knowledge of portfolio, programme, and project management in an NHS context.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
