About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Aldwych Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and delivering technical design work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Develop and implement technical design solutions for development infrastructure projects, including surface and foul water drainage, highways, earthwork strategies, and utilities.
  • Collaborate with developer clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in development infrastructure design, gained at a UK consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant software, including Civil 3D, PDS, Site 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, Causeway Flow, etc.
  • Working understanding of sectional agreements, including S278, S38, S104, S106, S185, etc.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
