About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Centre Operative to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Contact Centre Operative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales consultants and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful information to support their purchasing journey.
  • Work closely with our sales consultants to book viewing appointments and support the sales process.
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate management of enquiries and enhance customer profiling for optimised 121 engagement and marketing.
  • Deal with customer enquiries in a polite, efficient, and confidential manner, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular feedback to the supervisor on quality and proceedable likeliness of enquiry types.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Experience of working in a busy contact centre environment.
  • Good administration skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A friendly, trustworthy, and professional attitude.
