About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team at FireAngel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual brand strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality visual content, including illustrations, infographics, and product assets, that showcase our brand's unique personality and style.

You will work closely with our senior graphic designer to develop in-house brands, collaborate on key company projects, and ensure project timelines are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
  • Collaborating on key company projects, working with the wider team to scope required tasks, schedule tasks internally, and ensure project timescales are always met
  • Generating new ideas to portray concepts and advertise our products/services
  • Maintaining brand consistency throughout all projects
  • Staying up to date with industry developments and tools
  • Maximizing use of available media, while managing project costs to allocated budgets
  • Supporting with storyboard concepts for videography, helping with collating assets
  • Updating and maintaining the internal asset toolbox
  • Designing for adverts, icons, illustrations, websites, mobile/desktop applications, email campaigns, and social media
  • Supporting the business on quick turnaround and last-minute projects with a 'can do attitude'
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks to support the business as required
  • Working within a team environment to collectively brainstorm solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A portfolio of completed design projects from conception to completion
  • Competent level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on Apple Mac
  • Ability to learn new software packages
  • Highly creative individual with excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and collaborate within a team environment

Desirable skills include:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, or similar
  • Experience with KeyShot (or similar), Canva, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe XD
  • Experience with creating assets for social media campaigns and website banners
  • You will need to be methodical, meticulous, and organized
  • Further education award in a relevant field
