Communications and Engagement Role at University of Leeds Libraries

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to support the delivery of our communication and engagement activities. As a Communications and Engagement Assistant, you will have the opportunity to promote the Libraries and engage students with our resources, events, and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with a diverse range of people. You will enjoy using your initiative to solve problems and your creativity to produce engaging content across a range of digital channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the Libraries and University, whilst developing your own skills and experience. You will gain experience in developing and delivering effective communications and engagement campaigns for different audiences within a complex institution.

There will be opportunities to get involved in various projects and initiatives that support the Libraries vision, Knowledge for All, and our culture shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of communication and engagement activities
  • Develop and deliver effective communications and engagement campaigns
  • Produce engaging content across a range of digital channels
  • Interact with a diverse range of people
  • Use initiative to solve problems and develop creative solutions
