Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to residents
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a target-driven role
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • UK driving license with no more than 8 points
  • Self-motivation and resilience to deal with rejections
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle objections

What We Offer

  • A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions)
  • Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees
  • 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off

Training and Development

During your first 3 weeks, you must be available to attend your assigned office between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday with a mix of self-led learning and an in-office induction with your manager for your detailed learning journey.
