About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment. A mechanical or electrical engineering qualification is highly desirable, along with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and machinery
  • Planned preventive maintenance and response to breakdowns
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize site performance
