Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at 360 Resourcing. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of slot machines and IT hardware across several of our client's sites in and around the London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and set up IT hardware and slot machines according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks, diagnose malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and peripheral components of IT hardware and slot machines.
  • Respond promptly to service incidents and inquiries from club staff, providing technical assistance, guidance, and training as needed.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential issues and prolong the lifespan of IT hardware and slot machines.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory management to facilitate tracking and analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including IT support, central engineering, and the IT service desk, to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with club managers, delivering reliable service, demonstrating professionalism, and fostering trust.
Requirements:
  • Electrical biased engineering experience gained within a similar role, preferably within the gaming, casino or betting industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT hardware and slot machine operations, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and software-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • You will possess a valid driver's license (maximum three points).
  • Customer-centric approach, and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
