Apprentice Administrator/Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator Apprentice. As part of our Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Administration team to deliver outstanding client service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain and enhance the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, upholding the high standards of our professional image.
- Manage document flow, ensuring all correspondence meets standard requirements before submission.
- Monitor and complete tasks in the team inbox promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with client administration tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the business.
Key Requirements:
- Recent school leaver eager to embark on an apprenticeship and develop their skills in administration and customer service.
Additional Requirements:
- Passionate about providing excellent client service and making a positive impact on our clients and colleagues.
- Confident and friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT literate.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
