Job Details: Receptionist/Administrator - Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator Apprentice. As part of our Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Administration team to deliver outstanding client service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  2. Maintain and enhance the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, upholding the high standards of our professional image.
  3. Manage document flow, ensuring all correspondence meets standard requirements before submission.
  4. Monitor and complete tasks in the team inbox promptly and efficiently.
  5. Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure a safe working environment.
  6. Assist with client administration tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the business.

Key Requirements:

  1. Recent school leaver eager to embark on an apprenticeship and develop their skills in administration and customer service.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Passionate about providing excellent client service and making a positive impact on our clients and colleagues.
  2. Confident and friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT literate.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  7. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  8. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
