Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our Clinical Systems team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) based at our Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford, where you will be responsible for supporting digital projects across the Trust to ensure effective delivery of programmes of change and related project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting digital projects and project activities within the Clinical Systems team.
  2. Prioritising multiple projects and tasks to meet the needs of the Trust, the department, and associated deadlines.
  3. Designing, developing, and implementing appropriate Programme and Project reporting to provide assurance to the Executive and Board.
  4. Coordinating and providing support and training for staff during change management and project activities.
  5. Deputising for Project and Programme Managers as required.
