Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their medication and healthcare needs
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their community
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.44
- Contracted up to 48 hours per week, with paid breaks
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
