About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Tutor, you will work with students who are experiencing a range of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality tutoring services to students in a variety of settings, including online and in-person.
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in tutoring and education to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH and SEN.
  • Patient, empathetic, and creative approach to tutoring.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Enhanced Children's DBS on the update service.
  • Minimum of two references covering the last two years of employment.
