**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Psychologist in Children and Adolescents Care to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical improvements within our service and working closely with operational managers and partner agencies to deliver high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the needs-led evidence-based clinical model based on the CYP IAPT principles and the iTHRIVE framework
  • Support and develop the workforce through supervision, consultation, and training
  • Share expertise within MDT and leadership meetings and hold a small caseload of young people with more complex needs

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a post-graduate training in psychological practice (psychologist, family therapist, child and adolescent psychotherapist)
  • Extensive experience of working with children and adolescents with co-morbid difficulties and special needs
