About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandiser to join our team at Katie Loxton. As a key member of our Senior Trade team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic online merchandising initiatives that enhance product performance, optimize the customer journey, and achieve commercial success across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies that align with business objectives and seasonal trends.
  • Lead on the management and maintenance of trend and edit categories to support key marketing campaigns and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of the site to ensure optimal product visibility, accurate classification, and data integrity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine on-site search results, manage the search dictionary, and optimize taxonomy and product filters.
  • Manage critical path timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the eCommerce Merchandising industry, ideally within Fashion, Lifestyle, Jewellery or Gifting Sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant business impact by enhancing product visibility, optimizing online journeys, and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Strong organisational and project leadership skills, with a strong aptitude for overseeing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce Platforms and Analytical Tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Content Square.
