Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marine shared services plans
  • Form effective relationships with service contract partners
  • Monitor team competency and report shortfalls
Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess a degree standard education in a related subject and have specialist technical experience in marine port operations with a strong logistics background. They should also have extensive experience in managing budgets, working in high security environments, and possessing recognized Behavioural Safety Programme certification.
