Responsibilities
  • Assist sick or injured patrons and employees by providing first aid and responding to medical emergencies.
  • Report unsafe or hazardous conditions and take necessary action to mitigate risks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with directions and procedures.
  • Check identification to ensure patrons are over the age of 21 and perform fills, credits, exchanges, and marker transfers as needed.
  • Compose accident/incident reports and witness statements when necessary.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and monitor alarms to ensure prompt response to emergencies.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
  • CPR Certificate and AED provided upon hire.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs.
  • Remain calm in emergency situations and write clear, accurate reports.
