Job Title: Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Dudley Children's Services. As a key member of our Adolescent Safeguarding Service, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people at risk of child criminal and/or sexual exploitation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partners on child protection and safeguarding matters
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to prevent child exploitation and promote positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Working closely with police officers, nurses, youth workers, and other partners to deliver a comprehensive service that meets the needs of children and families
  • Co-producing care plans with children and their families to ensure their needs are met and they receive the support they require
