Door Maintenance Specialist

Are you passionate about working within the door industry and have a background in field service engineering? Professional Technical Ltd has a newly created opportunity for a Door Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repairs of roller shutters, sectional, speed, loading bays, and fast action doors on various customer sites within a local postcode area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be expected to manage their own work in progress, ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately, and attend regular training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, service, and repairs of roller shutters, sectional, speed, loading bays, and fast action doors on various customer sites
  • Manage own work in progress and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately
  • Attend regular training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals
