Linden House Children's Home, part of Aspris Children's Services, is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join their support team on a fixed-term contract. Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to support our care team in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with moderate to severe autism, ADHD, and Tourette's Syndrome. The successful candidate will have a Full UK driving licence and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the smooth operation of our care services and maintaining high standards of care. You will also be involved in training and supervising junior staff members and contributing to the development of new policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
