We are seeking a Student Audiologist to join our team and start their career journey to become a fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist.

Audiology is a science-driven healthcare profession focused on assessing and rehabilitating hearing disorders. As a Student Audiologist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest diagnostic technology, gain exposure to the best hearing aids, and see the positive impact they can make on people's lives.

Our goal is to provide a fundamental service that allows individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound and live a better quality of life. If you are motivated, keen to learn, customer-focused, and driven by commercial success, this could be the ideal career path for you.

You will receive:

  • A high fixed starting salary with further increases provided at key milestones and a final salary of £45,000 once you receive your HCPC registration after completing your 24-month course.
  • A career for life with a formal industry-recognised qualification as a Hearing Aid Audiologist through a leading Training Provider.

Once qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will earn commission on every sale of hearing aid with a massive earning potential, continue learning support with the opportunity to run your store, and enjoy increased earning potential through a higher salary and access to our Company commission scheme.

Key locations for recruitment include South West - Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, and Hampshire. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer-focussed with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to manage studies alongside work.
  • Experienced in either customer service, sales, or a healthcare environment.
  • Willing to travel to training sessions & placements with a full clean driving licence.

The eligibility criteria to apply are:

  • Achieved GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • An excellent standard of English.
  • Had been living in the UK for at least three years.
  • Able to attend multiple residentials of a minimum of two-week duration at De Montfort University in Leicester over the 24-month period of the course.

Please note that having a Level qualification in a science-related subject achieving grade C or higher is desirable but not essential. We encourage applications from all candidates regardless of whether they meet this criterion.
