Consulting Manager – EPM Transformation Expert

Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a seasoned Consulting Manager to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Transformation Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead EPM transformations for clients, leveraging expertise in consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve decision-making capabilities and increase productivity.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Practice through revenue creation and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify follow-on opportunities and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Support team members in maximizing performance and client relationship management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in major EPM Transformation, including 5-10 years in consultancy in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in EPM Transformation sector and clients, with a strong understanding of challenges faced by Financial Planning and Analysis teams.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and process flows in consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience with planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, SAP) and process re-design.
