Job Summary:
Mister Sparky Corporate Store is seeking a highly skilled International Corporate Tax Manager to join our tax team in London. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing tax integration of newly acquired entities globally, overseeing UK and International tax compliance obligations, and supporting on M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax integration of newly acquired entities globally, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee UK and International tax compliance obligations, including preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Support on M&A transactions, including due diligence, tax planning, and integration of acquired entities.
- Manage and implement Pillar 2 reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required information.
- Support the Head of Tax in identifying and mitigating group tax risks and governance framework, including SAO, CCO, and tax policy.
- Liaise with HMRC and overseas tax authorities to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Some VAT experience is desirable.
