Job Title: Business Psychologist - Rail Industry Expert

About the Role: We're seeking a highly motivated Business Psychologist to join our team at OPC Assessment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering TUO-A training to clients and supporting the expansion of our product offerings with creative input.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver TUO-A training to clients, ensuring they get the best use of our tools
  • Support the expansion of our product offerings with creative input
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in business psychology or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently


What We Offer: A competitive salary of £26 – 28K depending on experience, additional leave, company pension, and sick pay.

Requirements: A Psychology Degree and a Masters in Occupational Psychology.
